Roaster’s Notes
Call me crazy, but when I’m in the mood for something dark and rich from a roast, I still want to taste the coffee. This bean from Finca El Roble in the Lempira department of Honduras doesn’t disappoint.

Roasting Schedule and Ordering Information
To ensure that you receive fresh-roasted coffee we roast to order on Mondays and Thursdays. So if you place an order on Thursday we will roast it the following Monday and will ship it out to you Tuesday.
